1. Our Commitment
At Shaakhzan, we take pride in handcrafted wooden pieces that reflect true craftsmanship. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, we will work with you to resolve it.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Since we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, please note:
- If the order is delivered and accepted by you, cash refunds are generally not possible, as payment has already been made.
- We may offer an exchange or store credit instead, under the conditions described below.
- If you are unable to accept or want to return the item immediately at delivery (before opening/using), please refuse it at that time.
3. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is delivered defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong item).
- You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting us (email: shaakhzan@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Phone: +92 321 1697619).
- The product is in original condition, unused, with original packaging, tags and invoice intact.
- The product is not a custom-made piece (custom orders may be exempt).
- Products on sale or promotional discount may be excluded or eligible only for exchange/credit (not cash refund).
4. How to Return/Exchange
- Contact us at shaakhzan@gmail.com or on +92 321 1697619, quoting your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.
- Provide photo/video evidence of the issue (damage, defect, incorrect item).
- Once approved, you’ll be instructed how to return the item (you may be asked to ship it back at your cost unless the issue was our error).
- Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we’ll proceed with the exchange or issue store credit.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
- As this is COD, cash refunds are not offered in most cases. Instead:
- We’ll provide store credit (voucher) equal to the returned item value, or
- We’ll exchange the item for an equivalent product if available.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from issuance and can be used on shaakhzan.com (or as advised).
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable unless we caused the error.
- If a refund is applicable (rarely), it may take up to 7 working days after approval for processing.
6. Non-Eligible Items
- Products that are used, washed, damaged by customer misuse or without original packaging.
- Custom-engraved or bespoke pieces (unless damaged or incorrectly produced).
- Items purchased during special promotions, clearance or “final sale” (unless defective).
- Items returned without prior authorization.

- Once dispatched, if you still want to cancel, standard return/exchange policy applies.
